For more than 10 years, we have been creating maps for writers, game producers, and anyone else who needs a fantasy map or other kind of land map. Below, we have showcased several fantasy maps, as well as city and village maps, that we have had the pleasure of creating for others over the years. This is by no means everything, but hopefully it gives you a good idea of what to expect and what possibilities there are for your own project.
Commissions
Request a Commission
If you would like to request a commission, the easiest and fastest way to do so is through our contact page. There, you will find a questionnaire. Please fill it in as completely as possible, as the price depends on several different factors.
Please note that, because of our many years of experience, we are often booked far in advance. Sometimes, when you contact us, the first available slot may be six months away. Please keep this in mind when planning your project, to avoid disappointment!
After you have emailed us, we always try to respond within 7 days. If everything is agreed on both sides, a 50% deposit will be paid. This deposit is non-refundable. Of course, if something happens on our end, you will receive your money back.
For most commissions, we reserve one month. In the month your commission is scheduled, we will request all the necessary information and any sketches you may have, and then we will get started.
You will receive 3 revision rounds. First, we will send you the sketch. At this stage, you can let us know whether everything is placed correctly and whether the general layout works for you. Once everything has been agreed upon, we move on to round 2. In this round, the linework has been worked out in detail. Here, you can check whether we have understood everything correctly, whether a village needs to be moved slightly, whether a river should run differently, or whether a forest should be larger or smaller.
Once everything has been clearly communicated, we move on to the final round. In round 3, we send you the finished result. At this stage, you can still request small adjustments. Once we have made those adjustments, the final 50% payment is due, and we will send you the map as agreed!
