When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Daniel's Maps reserves the right to decline or cancel an order before digital delivery in cases such as payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or technical errors, or where we are otherwise legally required or permitted to do so.

Your order is accepted once your payment has been successfully processed and we send you an order confirmation or make the digital product available to you for download, whichever occurs first.

Digital products are generally made available immediately after successful payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as cancellation may no longer be possible once delivery of the digital content has begun.

Where applicable law provides consumers with a statutory right of withdrawal, special rules apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. Where required by law, before completing your purchase you will be asked to expressly consent to Daniel's Maps beginning performance of the agreement immediately by making the digital content available before the end of the statutory withdrawal period, and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

By providing this express consent and acknowledgement at checkout and subsequently receiving access to or downloading the digital content, you understand that you no longer have a statutory right to withdraw from or cancel the purchase merely because you have changed your mind.

Daniel's Maps will provide confirmation of the purchase and, where required by applicable law, confirmation of your consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgement of the loss of your right of withdrawal in a form that you can retain, such as by email.

Because our products are digital and are made available for download immediately, purchases cannot normally be returned, exchanged, or refunded after digital delivery has begun.

This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have if the digital content is defective, corrupted, materially different from its description, cannot be accessed due to a problem attributable to Daniel's Maps, or otherwise fails to conform to applicable legal requirements.

If you do not receive your download link or are unable to access a purchased file because of a technical problem attributable to Daniel's Maps, please contact us so that we can restore or provide access to the purchased digital content.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Daniel's Maps, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.
