The Sacred Undercity

Jaerak, the sacred undercity of the dwarves, has stood for over 2000 years beneath the mountains of Domari. Originally a small mushroom-farming settlement, it expanded significantly during the Dragon War as a refuge for dwarven survivors. This period of growth transformed Jaerak into a vast stronghold, with carved halls, noble estates, and thriving bazaars.

In 1750 BP, dwarves discovered the Mountain’s Heart, a luminous rock deep within the mountain. Declared a holy site, it became central to dwarven worship, fealty oaths, and grand festivities. Today, Jaerak remains a cornerstone of dwarven culture, blending history, craftsmanship, and spiritual devotion.
