Moklos – A Settlement of Elves, Temples, and Trade

Moklos, a resilient port town in Preica, stands as a testament to endurance and renewal. Built on the ruins of past empires, this settlement has weathered conquest, war, and devastation, yet remains a vital trade hub for the Merchant Republics.

Rich in history, Moklos was once a prized asset of the Akamtan Empire and later fell under the iron rule of Pifor the Great. During the Great Preic Wars, the town was razed, but it rose again under the Republic of Assaen, with parts of the old Acropolis repurposed into a fortified keep.

Today, Moklos is a crossroads of faith and culture, with Preic temples dedicated to ancient gods standing alongside Callaeran churches working to spread the Faith of the Great Balance. This mix of elven heritage, sacred sites, and strategic importance makes Moklos an intriguing location for fantasy maps and RPG campaigns, where history and conflict shape every street and harbor.
